certified payroll report in QB

Hi.I'm having an issue with a certified payroll in QB software, and Excel 2021. When asking for the certified payroll Excel won't work. Why?It gives me the Invalid use of null.Any advice?&nbsp;

Sorry If I did not understand what is your problem exactly。
What I mean the quickbooks may exist some behavior like description in the below link.
