Centering Spreadsheet Troubleshooting

I'm trying to horizontally center my spreadsheet but excel seems to be adding to the right margin of any landsape spreadsheet I open. I noticed in page layout what looks to be like an additional buffer. It seems like it's centering from unequal margins but I can't seem to reset them. Below is a link to some screenshots.

This happens to all my landscape spreadsheets. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

    I can't see any difference in the pictures. It would be an advantage for everyone if they upload a file (without sensitive data) and make it available. with that one could help them more specifically and more quickly.
