Cell not lined up with spreadsheet grid in excel. Want to delete it.

Hi,

 

There is a random cell that popped up on my spreadsheet.  It isn't lined up with the grid of my spreadsheet.   I don't think it is a check box.  I am on Windows 10 on a PC.  I have Excel version 2110.  I can't click on it and delete it. Any suggestions?

    Sounds like you may have a dialog box or other object that looks like a cell. To remove dialog boxes, etc, go to Page Layout > Selection Pane > Hide All, or select which object(s) to hide.
