Cell names have changed

Question

The cell names are all numeric instead of being alpha for the columns, how can I change back

Excel for Windows:

Select File &gt; Options &gt; Formulas.
Clear the check box 'R1C1 reference style' and click OK.

Excel for Mac:

Select Excel menu &gt; Preferences &gt; General.
Clear the check box 'Use R1C1 reference style'.

How about Excel menu &gt; Preferences &gt; Calculation &gt; Use R1C1 reference style.
