cell minus another cell and cell minus another cell
I have a problem

In E2 i want (a2-c2) / (b2-d2) = £ / km (in case of incorrect or no data should refer to 0)

If i understood your requirement correctly, your formula in E2 may look like this:
- = IF( kmEnd>kmStart, (valueEnd-valueStart) / (kmEnd-kmStart), 0 )
