Cell Information (#s & text) spacing

Cell Formating:

Column: width 90 / Wrap Text / Alignment: Top / Left

Content: #s & Text

When there is different information within the cell; To differentiate; I separate content with spaces to force a 2nd line

Situation:

In normal view, content appears to be aligned perfectly to the left. When viewed under Print Preview, alignment appears not aligned / disrupted.

Some cells with similar amount of content looks fine in both settings while others not

Action Performed so far: Tried deleting spaces between lines / Resetting alignment / Saving File / Adding spaces back. Results - some cells got fixed but others continued showing missalignment.

What could be causing the miss alignment?
