Cell formatting

Hallo all,

 

I´ve got a special Problem:

I need to compare two cells in two different folders. After comparing I need the word (in the compared folder), which is two columns left in the same row. When the Word is the same I search, the origin cell should be coloured.

 

I hope someone can help me
