cell format
In the snip below I was able to place a title in the background. Once you clicked on the number in the cell it would display the title to the cell. I have forgotten how to do this. PLEASE HELP ...
It is the Input Message of Data Validation.
Select the cell(s).
On the Data tab of the ribbon, click Data Validation.
Activate the Input Message tab.
Type the text that you want to appear, then click OK.
