Categorising texts by searching for multiple substrings

I want to categorise column A based on column D categories. To do so, I am thinking of using keywords from column D to do a search in the items in column A. If there are common keywords, it will return in column B the category (column D). However, i am unable to do that.

for e.g. row 9 dividend receivable, i want to categorise it under dividend income
