can't stop qr4office addin from loading

Hi

I wanted to look at QR codes in excel 2019 and loaded qr4office. I decided I didn't want it and removed it. But the program I used it in keeps loading it every time I open the program. It is a large program and I don't want to delete the program. I have to close qr4office everytime I load there program. Can someone help me to stop it from loading please?
