can't share/see changes be being made.
Hey i need some help with a shared document. We used to be able to all view the changes made to the document, but as of recent when someone makes a change, they are the only person to see it.

If you are experiencing issues with real-time collaboration and changes not being visible to all users in a shared document, there are a few things you can check and try:
- Internet Connection: Ensure that everyone involved has a stable internet connection. Real-time collaboration relies on a continuous and stable internet connection.
- Refresh the Document: If someone makes changes and others cannot see them, try refreshing the document. This is usually done by closing and reopening the document or using the refresh button if available.
- Browser/Software Compatibility: Make sure that everyone is using a compatible browser or software version. Different versions of browsers or software may have varying degrees of compatibility with real-time collaboration features.
- Check Permissions: Ensure that everyone has the correct permissions to edit the document. If someone has read-only access, they won't be able to make changes that others can see.
- Review Sharing Settings: Check the sharing settings of the document. Make sure it's shared with the right people and that they have the appropriate permissions.
- Review Document History: Some collaboration platforms, like Google Docs, have a version history feature. Check the document's version history to see if changes are recorded there.
- Clear Browser Cache: If you are using a web browser, clearing the cache might help. Cached data may sometimes interfere with real-time updates.
- Platform-Specific Issues: Depending on the platform you're using (Google Docs, Microsoft Word Online, etc.), there might be platform-specific issues or updates. Check for any reported issues or updates related to real-time collaboration.
