Cant set date to DD/MM/YYYY only DD-MM-YYYY available

I need to set a date to date format DD/MM/YYYY (forward slash) but my Excel 2016 only shows this date format with a dash (-). If i format cells only date types with a dash are available. My online ve...

Press Ctrl+1 and scroll down to date. What is your location set to?

Location is set to English (United Kingdom).

  And changing format for entire system you may Win+R, type control international, ok, Additional settings, Date tab, and here, if not available from drop-down list, type desired format and apply
