Can't open data analysis tools

Hi

I cannot run data analysis tools, even thought I have check the option in adds-ins and check "Trust access to VBA project object model" in macro settings.

It shown

Run-time error '1004':

Cannot run the macro 'fDialog'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.

Could anyone help me solve this problem.
