Can't install Add-ins on mac Excel

Question

Hi, I am trying to install the Solver Add-in on the mac Excel desktop app but when I go Insert &gt; Add-ins, the "get Add-ins" and "My Add-ins" options are greyed out. I have tried logging in and out of various accounts and restarting the app but no luck. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be really grateful! Thanks, E

Ellie4036Are you sure that you not already have Solver, and that you just have to activate it?
