Can't find XLOOKUP in SAC-T

Note: This function is currently available to Office 365 subscribers in the Monthly channel. It will be available to Office 365 subscribers in the Semi-Annual channel starting in July 2020.

I believe that SAC-T will be able to use XLOOKUP by July 2020...
"starting in July 2020" does mean that it may take some time before you actually see it enabled on your tenant. I don't know how fast they release it to everyone on the same channel, but I do know it isn't instantly and may take weeks, if not months for everyone to get it.
