cant find the percentage lable option when changing values in a table

Hi everyone, 

so i watched a youtube video where if you want change the values in your simple table from numbers to % you must go to format table lables - lable options - de select values and usually percentage is under values but on my computer i can not find the percentage option. 

im really just trying to change the numbers to percentage ( have also attached a picture of my screen)

im using an asus; PC- windows 10;Microsoft 365;
