Can't enable PowerPivot for Office 365
Note: This link was last updated on 1/8/2019. Power Pivot availability will depend on your current version of Office. If you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, make sure you have the latest updates installed.
Hope this link is helpful to you.

If you've already followed these steps, Power Pivot should actually appear.
Steps: go to the "Insert" tab, "Add-Ins" section. From the My Add-Ins pull-down menu, choose Manage Other Add-Ins. In the pop-up window, select "COM Add-Ins" in the "Manage" field at the bottom.
Then you will be presented with the Power Pivot add-in.
If this does not work and all updates have already been carried out, try starting in safe mode.
If that doesn't help, I can only assume that you are in a network and your network administrator is not allowing certain functions to be executed.
As I said, just a guess if everything above doesn't work.
Thank you for your understanding and time
