Can't duplicate tabs in Excel

I have a user that says she can't create a duplicate tab in Excel. She got the following message. What's the issue and how is this resolved? Can't find anything online about it.

    Forgot to mention this is in Microsoft 365 apps for business

      Is this in Excel Online? Or Excel for Mac? ActiveX controls only work in the desktop version of Excel for Windows.

        Yes she's trying to do this in an online excel sheet through box.com

        I'll have her try it on the desktop version.
