Perhaps you have line breaks within texts, when expand row height and / or disable wrap text.

As a comment, TEXTJOIN will be easier if it is available in your version of Excel.

    SergeiBaklan , i am using this formula

    =CONCATENATE(D5004,"_",E5004,"_",F5004,"_",G5004,"_",H5004,"_",I5004,":",J5004)

     

    the cell do not have word wrap and looks like no line break is used too
