Cannot select content of some cells from one worksheet to another with = formula
Hi ksmith
Have you tried to manually type in something in the affected cell? It's possible the cell has been formatted as text or custom formatted?
Check the format cells to see if this is the case and then change to general or number.
Cheers
When I have the problem worksheet visible, I can select the problem cell (C3) and type into. However, the problem is when I try to insert the equal = sign formula in an adjacent cell (KS Debits) then switch back to select the problem cell C3, I cannot select C3. I have to select an adjacent cell, then scroll up to C3.
I have attached a png file below.

Can you make a copy of the workbook and delete other information that are sensitive and send the sheets having the issue across, so we can go through.
Cheers

Can try. There are 113 worksheets; one for each month and the template which I copy. I can delete all months except for the last 2 , and include the template (that's where the problem might originate). will do soon. O.K...in attached worksheet, June, July and Aug work o.k. But if you try to use =G4 on template sheet, to O21 on August sheet, you cannot select O21.

Hi ksmith
The issue was because of the comment on cell P21 that passed through the cell as highlighted below.
if you drag the comment away for example as shown below or hide the comment, you will be able to access the cell without any issue.
To hide the comment, select the comment and click on "review tab", then choose "show/hide comment"
I have attached the updated workbook for your perusal.
Cheers

Hi ksmith,
I had a similar issue a few years ago. Turns out it was a dual monitor / windows 10 / scale issue. Weird, I know.
So, if you have dual (or triple or more) monitor, one test you can do is disconnect them all but one and see if you have the same issue. If it fixes it, then reconnect your monitors, right click on your desktop > display settings. Then ensure both monitors are set to the same scale.
It's a long shot and a PITA but this may be your issue.
