Cannot see old files
Since i upgraded to Office 2016 i have trouble opening Excel files from My Documents.
If i get an email with an Excel file - it will not open.
i can go into old emails and open workbooks from there but not the direct way.
Excel opens but the workbooks are blank.
i can open it through the online login but not my desktop
- Dilip - I can open files if i open excel from online. i cannot open them from the desktop, or from my "My Documents" files

How you are opening it online?
Do you login to owa (portal.office.come or portal.office365.com) and from there you are opening the excel file ?

- Yes I am having the same problem. All my excel worksheet are office 2007 and my 2016 365 will not open them. I need to go search for them each time. takes time to find
