CANNOT OPEN THE SPECIFIED FILE with tel:-hyperlink

Something worked for me! I went to settings on Windows, Apps, Default apps, typed "tel:" in the search bar, and set the default to myPhoneLink. I tried it with that, and it worked. I then switched it back to zoom (in my case) and it worked!
It worked for like a week, now back to the same issue, and its not working again.
