CANNOT OPEN THE SPECIFIED FILE with tel:-hyperlink

Something worked for me! I went to settings on Windows, Apps, Default apps, typed "tel:" in the search bar, and set the default to myPhoneLink. I tried it with that, and it worked. I then switched it back to zoom (in my case) and it worked!
I was having the same issue, this worked for me as well on Windows 11 but not on windows 10.
