Cannot open file link for OneDrive / Sharepoint in Excel

Is the file you have link on shared and how do you take the link, from File->Info?
Yes all links are shared on OneDrive so that everybody can open them. And I'm not sure if I correctly understood your second question, but I insert the link with right-click and choose the address and I open it just by left-clicking on it and after the potential Safety-Warning I get the notice that it couldn't be opened. But the address already differs from the address used by my colleagues, even tho every file is saved at the same one drive location
With right-click menu you choose the filename from OneDrive folder. If OneDrive is mapped on local disc, when it will be the link on your local folder which is mapped with OneDrive. Address will be like C:\..\OneDrive..\filename.xlsx.
Link on cloud location shall start from https://...
Please check what is you case, does link start from https.
the Links look like this:
file:///Users/digajetoffice/Library/CloudStorage/OneDrive- etc.
If they should start with https:// I wouldn't know how to do it...
File->Info->Copy Path - that will be correct link
