Can someone reccomend a simulation based on certain parameters in my data?

My data has readings and ranges. For the ranges I have it for normal and abnormal levels (for four types of readings). What I would like to do is have excel generate random numbers based on ranges I give it and if it falls outside a given normal range, to go on to the next step which is to see if the next reading is abnormal or not. If abnormal go on to the next, and repeat the same process until it reaches the last reading. Is there a way to do this in excel? If not, what is recommended?

essentially:

if reading 1 is abnormal: go to reading 2; else return reading 1

if reading 2 is abnormal: go to reading 3; else return reading 2

if reading 3 is abnormal: go to reading 4; else return reading 2

if reading 4 is abnormal: answer is no; else return reading 2

sample data (again I do not know if this is possible according to the algorithm above):

reading1 (range is 0-4 with 3-4 being abnormal: 3; since this is abnormal it will then go to reading2

reading2 (range is 80-120) with 110-120 being abnormal: 110; since this is abnormal it will then go to reading3

reading3 (range is 70-110) with 105-110 being abnormal: 105; since this is abnormal it will then go to reading4

reading4 (range is 40-50) with 46-50 being abnormal: 50; since this is abnormal it will then go to reading5

since reading1-reading4 were abnormal it needs to select '1' which means 'no -> alerting'.

if any of reading1-reading4 were in the normal range it would go back to the previous reading and check again based off RNG if they are abnormal. I hope this clears it up a little?
