Can someone help me format this bar graph, I can't find the correct format.

I can't find the correct format to create the grey shading in the background and when I try to do it 3-d, as it looks, it adds a tilt to the graph. What am I doing wrong?The tilt I get when creating a 3-d.This is what I am trying to achieve.
