This issue could be related to the display settings or formatting settings in Excel.

Here are a few suggestions to help you resolve the problem:

    1. Adjust the zoom level: It is possible that the zoom level in Excel is set too high, causing the text to appear hidden or off-screen. Try adjusting the zoom level by going to the View tab in the Excel ribbon and selecting a lower zoom percentage.
    2. Check the font color and cell formatting: It is possible that the font color or cell formatting is causing the text to blend with the background or become invisible. Select the cells with hidden text, and check the font color and cell formatting settings in the Home tab. Ensure that the font color is visible against the background color or patterns.
    3. Disable hardware graphics acceleration: Sometimes, graphics acceleration settings can affect the display of Excel. Try disabling hardware graphics acceleration by going to File > Options > Advanced. Scroll down to the Display section and check the box for "Disable hardware graphics acceleration." Restart Excel and see if the issue persists.
    4. Update graphics drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can also cause display issues in Excel. Visit the website of your graphics card manufacturer and download the latest drivers for your system. Install the updated drivers and restart your computer.
    5. Repair or reinstall Microsoft Office: If the issue persists, you can try repairing or reinstalling Microsoft Office. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select Microsoft Office, and choose the option to repair or uninstall. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

If none of these solutions resolve the issue, it may be helpful to attach the file (without sensitive data).
