Can Microsoft's ToDo app work with Excel?

Hey Everyone, 

I have been using Todo for many things but mostly as a checklist for my diet. I'm wondering if I can import data from todo into Excel. I'm guessing if both applications are from Microsoft, its probably likely that they can connect to one another. 

For example, if I do a daily record on what I eat everyday on ToDo, then I can import the data to excel, make some charts and graphs for my doctor to see patterns. (that's my goal at least)
