Can I change colour of Slicer's buttons

I have a slicer with 3 buttons Detractor, Neutral and Promoters. I would like Detractor button to be red, Neutral button to be blue and Promoters button to be green. Is it possible to change colours of buttons. I know how to change Slicer background colour and all 3 buttons in the same colour but couldn't find anything on changing buttons in different colours.
