Can Excel's autofill function handle dates with alternating intervals?

Alternatively you can enter in cell
A1 27.01.2025
A2 31.01.2025
A3 = A1 + 7
A4 = A2 + 7
and then select A3 and A4 and fill down the formulas. In the last step you can copy the result and paste only the values.
