Can’t open an Excel file in Excel online for iPad

Hi, can you Point me a direction for openning/edit an Excel file in my iPad?

I used to open it, now I can’t anymore.

I try  to open it and it says that is going to open and it stays forever with that window, and even when  I turn off the iPad it stays the same.

Please gelo me...
