Can´t find XLOOKUP or PROCX function

Hello,

 

I am trying to use the XLOOKUP or PROCX function in excel fut for some reason I can´t. Can someone help?

My excel version is 2109.

    One more, perhaps that's incorrect entry for local version, even it shall be PROCX() for Portuguese (Brazilian)

     

    Please try to open attached file if it gives an error (and which one) or not. In English environment it looks like

    with opening in local environment formulas shall be automatically transformed.

        when you say you can't what does that mean? Are you saying that when you start typing "=x" that you only see XIRR, XNPV, and XOR as function options? When you try to use it what happens? Can you show us a screen shot? maybe you are using the wrong context?
