I received this solution a few weeks ago and I find that next month's calendar is not populating correctly. We are a small all volunteer library and wonder if anyone remembers my earilier request and...

It appears Riny_van_Eekelen helped you quite extensively. Is it enough to have that link to re-download the template Riny made or is there a new problem?
On another note I see the 'image' request you posted in the Word forum, do you still need that? I imagine you could use that image and add a couple text boxes on top where the name info needs to go. Let me know.
