calculate median value

From this example table (Sample.xlsx), I need to calculate.

1. Calculate the median of Sales by sex.
2. Calculate the median of Sales by sex for customers whose State is CI.
3. Calculate the median of Sales by sex for customers whose State is CI, excluding those whose SubState is D.

Keep in mind that each customer has multiple records, so the median should be calculated based on the total sales of each customerThanks for your help and your time
