Brown Shaded are in Rulers

Hi,

 

Just migrated to M365 and trying to open up some old Excel and the formatting went crazy. Noticed these brown shaded area in the rulers. I can adjust the margins but excel does not seem to  be able to commit the change and thus Column J cannot be included with the right margin.

Margin in page layout is also 0 for all sides but does not seem to reflect.

 

Anyone can assist or advise?

    Apologise, maybe i was not clear on the problem.

    When i change the margins to Narrow (Blue to Red indicator in Ruler), the brown area appear, but the cells are not reflecting it. If you see the image, you will see that Column A does not align to the red indicator which uses the Narrow Margin

      SeanLooi2280 I deleted my original response as I realized it made no sense. Can't replicate what you are showing. Don't see any red, blue or brown areas. Actually never use this view, so I probably don't know where to start looking. Sorry!
