Blank workbook on startup stays open
In the past, if I open Excel and then immediately open another workbook, the blank workbook that opens on startup is automatically closed (no changes/interaction with that blank workbook before opening another file).
I just updated Excel to 1708.8431.2094 and now, that blank startup workbook remains open even if I don't make any changes and then open another file. Is this a changed setting and is it possible to revert to the old way so that a blank workbook opened at startup is discarded if no changes are made before opening another workbook?
