You can password protect each sheet by right clicking it and protecting. This will prevent people making changes to that sheet without the password.
If you want to prevent a hidden sheet being unhidden, you can use Review => Protect Workbook => Structure to prevent sheets being hidden or unhidden. However that is a single global setting with one password and can't have different passwords for each sheet.
