Binary WorkBook File can't Open on Excel

Good day,

Kindly help us, we have an issue. We have a binary workbook file and it throws an error saying the file is corrupted but normal xls or xlsx files open well, but this one:  (.xlsb) . Your assistance would be appreciated.
