bend many sheets for one file

Hi 

In my place work we do shift reporting and the problem is that I cant to see it as one file but as many work sheets. how I can to bend them to one file scroll ?

The  idea is all shift reporting at work as send  twice a day it will connect to one continuous file , how to do it ?
