Beginner - Trouble Labeling X and Y Values

Hello, I am working on a lab write up for one of my classes at Uni and currently have 25 different aircrafts with related values from Passenger count to Wingspan. I am trying to make scatter plots to compare these values but am having trouble with the legend labeling each on the graph as the corresponding plane. When I choose to display the legend I am only getting the Y value of the graph shown in my legend as that color rather than the plane and can not figure out how to add in the aircraft names as a column to name each color. Please help and thanks!
