Basic Formatting issue

Hi guys

Very new to excel and need help with a small issue. I have selected a basic product list template from excel upon opening a new doc but cannot identify why the border at the bottom of my table stops half way through the data. I have attached a screen shot of my query and template. It's the grey line that goes down the side and decides to stop and go across the data instead of following through to the bottom.

Can anyone tell me what terms I should also be using to learn about how to create one of these table with drop down headers etc? Battling to know what to search for and things names!
