Basic excel settings

I'm trying to figure out how to change the left-to-right row above the spreadsheet from numerical to alphabetical
Can anyone help me?

I guessing that you want to change the columns header mode from numbers to letters!
If so, please go to File >> Options >> Formulas >> Working with formulas
And clear the checkbox RICI reference style, then hit OK.

I think this happened after I downloaded the JMP tool to Excel.
Do you know why?

Maybe JMP tool is the reason, but I think it changed by mistake!
