Basic excel settings

Hey I'm trying to figure out how to change the left-to-right row above the spreadsheet from numerical to alphabetical Can anyone help me?

I think this happened after I downloaded the JMP tool to Excel.

Do you know why?

Maybe JMP tool is the reason, but I think it changed by mistake!
