Bank spreadsheet

Hello Denise_G Is your bank statements kinda in a table format? Can you scan the bank statement into an image file? If yes (for both), and you are using the latest and greatest version of MS-Excel then you can use Get & Transform Data. From the Ribbon choose the Data tab, in the Get & Transform Data group you will see a button its icon looks like a spreadsheet grid and has a camera in the bottom right corner. Use that button and choose from Picture from file and then follow the the directions to choose what file you want to use. Hope this helps!
