Banded rows with different tones on specific cells (filtered table)

I am creating a list that contains some servers and IPs. The number of IPs was expanded so I created a new list with the added IPs and put them in a near table to present to customers - with banded rows for readability. I wanted to highlight the New IPs vs the Old IPs so I made them a different color (red).

So I'm mostly happy with the result - but I'd like the reds to be banded as well. I want it to work when I filter it, too.

I have attached a sanitized mock-up here. Any ideas?

Was just thinking this needs to be added functionality into a future version of Excel - instead of making cells a specific colour/tone to highlight (whether that be using conditional formatting, cell styles, manual fill, etc.), we could instead choose a different base colour from theme palette which is applied to a given range

Is there any logic we might use that determines which cells need to become red?
