Average and Standard Deviation of a Time series
I have a dataset that measures the concentration of Particulates matter every min. I want to compute average and standard deviation of the concentration for each hour.
If there is some reason why AVERAGE and STDEV (STDEVP) does not work for you, please provide an explanation of why not, complete with numerical details. Also, provide a numerical example that demonstrates the calculation that you require, perhaps using less data (but at least 3).
