Automatically subtract above certain number

Hi everybody, I have a question about excel that is hard to explain but I’m gonna give it a try.

If I have colum full of numbers ( variating from 1 till 20) and I want to subtract a number from all the cells from 10> or higher. Is this possible? What is the best way to do this?
