Automatic change of background color in Excel

Question

How can I prevent the background color to change automatically when I enter an identical number in a second cell ? I tried the "no fill" but that does not work at all.

Check (Manage Rules...)if you have this rule enabled:&nbsp;

You may need to check and see if you have a "conditional&nbsp; format" that is being copied to the cell(s)
