Autofill group of 4 rows - loosing number sequencing

Hello! I am looking for a way to keep the numbering of rows in the example below. I have manually entered the rows of 12 to 27 but after that you can see that it starts jumping rows from the source. Is there a way to keep the group of 4 rows 12-15 to autofill (5000 rows) while not jumping rows like it currently is? Thanks for any help!
