In Excel Options > Advanced, confirm that Enable AutoComplete for cell values is on. Check for blank rows, formulas, or non-contiguous data that break the suggestion range, and compare a new user profile with the affected workbook. Record the Office build and attach a minimal workbook through Excel feedback rather than disabling updates blindly.
